MMC BOOTCAMP
Class overview
Do you like to workout but lack motivation? Are you looking for similar minded people who can push you to challenge your limits? If so, try our MMC BOOTCAMP!
What is it exactly?
The MMC BOOTCAMP classes are cross-training 1-hour workouts with a group of 5-10 like-minded people.
Divided in 3 recurring blocks of 4 weeks each, you will work on strength, power and hypertrophy.
The classes are from Monday-Friday at 7am, 12pm and 6pm, and at 11am on Saturdays. With these 16 time slots you can find the times that work best for you.

How can I join?
Just click on the button below to go to the zcal booking site. Enter your name and email address and select the classes that you like. Each Sunday, these weekly options are updated so you can plan your workouts ahead.
Let your coach know if it’s your first class and if you have any injuries or physical limitations.
And remember that your first class is on us!
