A Training Plan available through the TrueCoach app (mobile/desktop) that will allow you to train from anywhere and at anytime. It will guide you on exactly what to do, including repetitions, series and tempo with the help of explanatory videos for each exercise.
The exercises are shown in order to optimize the achievement of your goals and minimize the risk of injury.
The plan is fully customized based on your objectives, level of fitness, weekly frequency and your available equipment.
On the app you will have a profile where you can add images and track your physical transformation and performance as you advance with the plan.
It also allows you to refer to educational documentation made specifically by your trainer to help you learn more and reach your objectives easily.
Option to ask your trainer for the PDF version in order to save the planning if necessary. (One week after the your monthly training is over, the training plan is removed from the app)
